Tract 2981 is a surveyed 40 acre tract located in the Soliatrio region of Terlingua Ranch. This is a
remote property taking close to an hour on dirt roads. Black Rock Draw runs thru the property. Some
large rolling hills on the East side. Another deep draw comes in from the west side that connects to
Black Rock draw and has several small Tinajas that hold water after it rains. There are three fiberglass
structures on the property that were used in the oilfield. There is also an old water tank. They need a
little work but are in good shape structurally. 4WD drive recommended to get to this property. Good
views and I did see deer tracts along the draw and other areas of the property. Possible owner finance.
Sellers have just added another 20 acres, TR 2978 that borders this tract for a total of 60 acres.
