At almost 200,000 acres Terlingua Ranch tracts offer some of the most diversified terrain and views you can find in West Texas. Ranging from

The ranch does have a POA, but no building restrictions or zoning. Maintenance fees are approx $178/year. Fees are used to maintain almost 1200

Beautiful area with much diversity. Named for the impressive Corozone Peaks which are visible from just about anywhere in this area.
This area offers the easiest access to the lodge area, more power and phone lines. This is the area where most people choose to build and
live. Great area for Vacation Rentals as well. Vacation rental are becoming big business in the area. And North Corozones is a great area
for rentals due to ease of access to most of it, utilities, lodge access and an easy drive to Hwy 118.

North Corozone/TER Tracts
|Big Bend Valley and Agua Fria
Big Bend Valley offers some of the easiest tracts to access from 118. These tracts are in the far northern area of
Terlingua Ranch. While the views maybe a little more distant, the sunsets and sunrises are amazing.
Some very good bargains can be found in this area and offers some great areas with easy access for building off grid

Big Bend Valley Tracts
The Hwy 118 tracts are in the southern area of the ranch, closer to Study Butte the Historic Terlingua Ghost Town and the Big Bend National
