|East Rim Ranch is offering smaller tracts for sale ranging from 79.5 acres and up.
Each tract has power along the edge, recorded easements and a non potable water source.
Each tract will be surveyed when sold.
East Rim will provide a 1500 gallon poly water storage tank and 1000 gallons of water each month for
the first year after being purchased to new buyers. After that year is up owners can still purchase
water for .05 cents a gallon.
Water is held in a 5000 gallon storage tank located in a convenient location to the small tracts. Water
would have to be hauled from this tank and is classified as non potable. Owners wishing to use the
water for domestic use would have to provide their own filtration and treatment equipment if desired.
Water is supplied by a newly equipped 25 GPM well located on the South end of the Ranch.
