|2800 +/- acres being broken off a larger ranch in West Texas!!
Bordered on the East and South ends by a large 30,000 acre ranch that has been under a long term
game management plan. Wildlife primarily found on this ranch is Desert Mule Deer, Javelina, Blue Quail.
Elk, Mountain Lion, Turkeys and feral hogs have also been seen.
Very large dirt tank that needs repaired that will collect water from almost 700 acres of hills during the
rainy season. Tank is estimated to hold around 130,000 gallons when full.
Terrain is varied from level to rolling to very hilly with some deep brushy arroyos. Wet Weather Calamity
Creek also runs the property providing some great arrowhead hunting! Elevation up to 4100'. The north
end has a nice little tree grove on it where I've seen Rio Grande Turkeys. East Rim Ranch will continue
providing water to that side of the ranch for livestock and wildlife as long as their well provides water.
Just a few miles from the Elephant Mountain Wildlife Management area that has close to a 150 Desert
Bighorn Sheep on it at this time. Less than an hours drive from Alpine TX.
Approx 140 acres is located on the West/Hwy 118 side of the creek that offers some great building sites
and provides for all weather access.
